Selecting the right size paddle blade for you:
The Naish Kaholo Vario paddle comes in three different blade sizes for your Stand Up Paddle needs. An 8″, 8.5″ and 9″ blade widths. It may be hard to select which paddle is right for you, so here are some tips to get you started.
1. A bigger paddler = a bigger blade
2. Your personal strength. A stronger paddler for their size may benefit from a larger blade, while a lass stronger paddler may find benefits paddling a smaller blade.
3. The size of your board. Generally, but not always, a larger board calls for a larger blade to generate more power and speed for that board.
4. If you have any prior injuries, a smaller blade helps to take the pressure off your joints and muscles.

Do Not Follow paddlers use an 8.0 blade for paddling comfort and ease of a smaller blade for travelling.
